HOW IT WORKS...

By participating in the 'Refer a Friend' promotion, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below: 

a. as the referrer, in order to qualify for your reward of 500 bonus Rewards4Golf points, your friend must have signed up to Rewards4Golf (via the specific link you have provided them with via Facebook, Twitter or email) and then gone on to collect points by making a Qualifying Transaction with one of our online retail partners;

b. as the referee, in order to qualify for your reward of 500 bonus Rewards4Golf points, you must have signed up to Rewards4Golf (via the specific link you have been provided with through Facebook, Twitter or by email) and then gone on to collect points by making a Qualifying Transaction with one of our Retail Partners;

c. this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, cash-back or voucher offer being run by us or any of our partners. Your reward will be paid in Rewards4Golf points and cash alternatives are not available;

d. before entering any friends' email addresses and inviting them to participate in the promotion, you must ensure that you have the permission of each friend you recommend to be contacted. You will only send emails via the 'Refer a Friend' scheme to friends who are 18 years of age or older;

e. we reserve the right to cancel or amend the terms of this 'Refer a Friend' promotion:

 (i) if we discover or suspect the terms of the offer are being abused;
 (ii) in the unlikely event of major catastrophe, war or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar event; 

f. to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and with the exception of liability arising either from fraud, or from death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our employees, we exclude all liability howsoever arising connected with the 'Refer a Friend' promotion and all warranties, conditions, undertakings, terms and obligations implied by law (whether by statue, common law or otherwise;

g.  our decision is final and binding in relation to all matters relating to this promotion;

h.  any personal data collected for the purposes of the 'Refer a Friend' promotion will be processed in accordance with the provisions of our Privacy Notice.
